Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use GlobalPictures AI to generate or distribute content that is sexually explicit or pornographic, depicts violence, gore, or torture, promotes hate speech or discrimination, depicts minors in inappropriate contexts, infringes on intellectual property rights, impersonates real individuals without consent, or constitutes spam or misleading information.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use, share account credentials with unauthorized parties, circumvent credit or usage limits, use the Service to train competing AI models, or access the Service from sanctioned jurisdictions.

3. Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual content moderation. Prompts and generated content may be reviewed for compliance. We reserve the right to refuse generation of content that violates this policy without providing specific reasons.

4. Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, report it to abuse@globalpictures.ai with relevant details.

5. Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

6. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@globalpictures.ai within 30 days.
