Images generated through GlobalPictures AI are created by artificial intelligence based on your prompts and selected parameters. Copyright ownership of AI-generated content is an evolving area of law. We grant you a license to use generated images as outlined in our License Agreement.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including reference images and prompts. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

3. Library Content

Images in the GlobalPictures library are owned by their respective copyright holders and licensed to the platform. Each asset displays its copyright owner and applicable license terms.

4. DMCA and Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to copyright@globalpictures.ai with: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information, identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction of Indian courts.

6. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in accordance with applicable law.
