License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and your subscription plan, GlobalPictures AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use images generated through or obtained from the Service.

2. License Tiers

Free Plan

Images generated under the free plan are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Images include a watermark. You may not use free-plan images for commercial purposes, in advertising, or for resale.

Starter Plan

Standard commercial license. Use in digital media, social posts, websites, and presentations. Not for resale as standalone assets or print-on-demand products.

Pro Plan

Extended commercial license. All Starter rights plus use in printed materials, merchandise, advertising campaigns, and client work. No resale as standalone digital assets.

Enterprise Plan

Full commercial license. All Pro rights plus unlimited team usage, white-label rights, and custom licensing terms available upon request.

3. Library Assets

Licensed images from the GlobalPictures library carry their own license terms as displayed on each asset. Always review the specific license before use.

4. Restrictions

You may not claim AI-generated images as hand-created original artwork, use images in a way that could be defamatory or illegal, redistribute images as stock photos or in competing services, or use images to train competing AI models.

5. Attribution

Attribution to GlobalPictures AI is appreciated but not required for paid plans. Free plan usage requires attribution when used publicly.

6. Termination

Your license continues as long as your account is in good standing. If your account is terminated for a violation, all licenses granted under it are revoked.
